This leaves 10 wagons, although 3 are in storage at Exeter. Most recently seen here only on Merehead workings to Chichester, and it seems unlikely that we will see boxes in Class 7 45 mph trains in future, although the nocturnal hopper workings to Eastleigh and Botley continue as such. For boxes, the focus moves on to the 1998 Marcroft JNAs.
Monday 14th November
The all Greenbrier JNA set was the same as that recorded on the preceding Friday, where this is highest numbered 81.70.5932.520-6.
Tuesday 15th November - workings to Fareham, Chichester and Up Yard
66621 6V62 1321 Up Yard - Whatley, which was an all Greenbrier JNA set, the same on as worked to Fareham on the day before, but turned around by running around Southampton.
The last wagon was 81.70.5932.541-2, and the highest numbered was 81.70.5932.569-3, reflecting the July and October deliveries.
