70801 is poorly. It arrived at Westbury on 2nd April, partially dismantled, and was further dismantled by 17th April. It seems to have last worked in early August 2023.

This is the 'new' 316 State Car No 1, rebuilt from 316 Magpie.

66746 returning with 1H84 08:00 Dundee - Edinburgh, again at Aberdour, 9th August.

The other side of 316, which has no doors, the same as its predecessor, 99961.

A duller day, one week later, 19th August, and one bridge along the line, at Dalgety Bay station. 66746 was on another run of 1H79.

66743 climbing Dalgety bank on 29th August, this time working 1H89 1345 Edinburgh - Boat Of Garten. 66743 appears to have received revised brighter lights on a visit to Longport in March.

No transition to class 18s for a while, 08511 soldiers on.

57306 brings 801202 to Eastleigh. 14th October 2024

801202 started at Doncaster Carr, then was dragged by 57306 from Ferme Park to Reading and then Eastleigh, where the final leg was 5X82 13:04 Reading - Eastleigh Works.

57306 was 47814, originally D1919 delivered on 22nd November 1965.

700106 at the Works has been put together again after repairs, and could be ready for departure? 458405 has arrived for storage, seen along with preserved 313201.

20007 is now 67 years old, and is marked off in my 1981-82 book, when allocated to Haymarket.

20205 was allocated to Eastfield for some time, and I have it marked off in my 1978 book.
