KFA wagons for new Smart Weed System Train

A number of GBRf associated KFA wagons have been overhauled at Eastleigh in the past two years, arriving from Dollands Moor services, not from the pool which operates to Maritime with Freightliner. Some are being renumbered for usage in the Smart Weed System Train, a joint project by Bayer Environmental Science, GB Railfreight, Network Rail and a number of hi-tech start-ups.

A partial list of the conversions, not all through Eastleigh, some came from a GWR line electrification train.
