5-WES Class 442 MBC 62960 (from 442424) has been scrapped by Raxstar at Eastleigh Works (as shown above, 7th May). Also scrapped have been 42284, 42361 and 42505.

One Azuma (801201 ?) and one rake of former Greater Anglia Mk3 coaches in the T&RSMD yard at Eastleigh on Sat 16th.

59003 continues to reside in the works.

Mountfield gypsum traffic resumed on Wednesday 13th. Eastern Docks are still flagged as 'RUST' but may see trains again shortly, as BMW is now returning to production at Cowley,and JLR at Halewood will resume on 8th June.

Maersk have advised of a 20-25% drop in container shipment volumes this quarter.
