59002 and 59103 have been formally stored, it seems mainly for a lack of bogie / wheelset parts. It puzzles me, and others, that they cannot procure the parts from US sources, as there are plenty of later-life SD40-2s about, some being parted out. On the other hand, 59003 was over a year at Eastleigh and now sports new wheelsets. 59002 ALAN J DAY 7V07 13:41 Chichester - Merehead, 12th April 2022. This loco was sent to Leeds on 21st March.
