On the Torbay Express Facebook page one of their representatives yesterday made the following comment:
"60009 Union of South Africa has failed due to leaky tubes. Unfortunately we have learnt that our standby locomotive is undergoing a boiler washout. We were not aware of this prior to this morning and I can assure you we are also very disappointed that we have been let down this way.".
