A pair of Class 50s, Eastleigh, 1st July 2024

50007 + 50049 0Z50 10:56 Kidderminster S.V.R. - Eastleigh Works Gbrf - for paintshop

Running through platform 3, led by 50007.

This was a last sighting of the Class 50s in GBRf colours, first seen in March 2019. 

Nameplates had been removed.

Some bodywork repairs had already commenced, seen here on 50007.

50049 was being dragged on the rear - multiple working cables were detached.
