Rail Operations Group 47812 and 47815 into Storage

While recently active on Class 442 drag activities, Rail Operations Group 47812 and 47815 have now been moved from pool GROG (Rail Operations Group Locomotives) to pool SROG (Rail Operations Group Locomotives - Non Runners), reported on Thursday 5th October.

47812, featured on these pages on 28th September, which previously carried the name Pride of Eastleigh, is located at Eastleigh Works, and has been there since arrival from Bournemouth on 22nd September. It was visible on Sunday 1st October, but by Tuesday 3rd October, it is believed that the locomotive was under cover inside the works.

47815 arrived in Leeds Midland Road today for tyre turning, but is already moving on to Leicester. It was last in use in this area on 14th and 15th September. Featured on these pages on 2nd July 2015.
