4O57 13:29 Wentloog - Maritime has not been running via Westbury and Salisbury, but via Gloucester and Swindon, owing to some work at Patchway. It was back in the timetable from 9th, but the bridge work at Gipsy Lane Bridge, Patchway has encountered issues, and a one week extension of the diversion is now in place. FRA-B wagons 603104 and 603107 came off the works on Friday afternoon, completing the conversion activity, initially moved to Maritime, but expected quickly onwards to Leeds.

Dunbridge station has received SWR stripes on the lamp posts at some time in the past month.

70015 arriving with 4M61 1300 Maritime - Trafford Park. This locomotive was returned to traffic in September, but this week marked its return to intermodal usage, having been worked 0Z70 06:08 Leeds - Maritime on Monday 26th.

66003 heads from Western Docks to the T&RSMD, having arrived earlier with 4O43 03:59 Wakefield Europort - Western Docks, and to which duty it returned. The first production Class 66, this locomotive was in the second delivery to the UK, 66003 to 66005, which was unloaded at Newport on 25th August 1998.

66105 passes with 4O39 09:43 Morris Cowley - Eastern Docks.

66508 arrives with 7V16 11:55 Fareham Hanson Aggs (Flhh) -Whatley Quarry F Liner Hh with VTG 3957 a JNA, as the first wagon.

66605 approaches with 7V62 13:21 Up Yard - Whatley.

This JNA, VTG 3480, is running on the 1970s bogies from a former TEA tanker wagon. Inspection shows that it is fitted with a twin-pipe air brake, so is among the wagons which Mendip Rail is understood to wish to retain meantime.
