Preparations under way with equipment from Gregory Demolition being prepared in a field adjacent to the Ashfield Bridge - notice that this is a skew bridge. While the railway was closed today, the road remained open this morning, and it is understood that actual demolition will likely take place on Good Friday, 6th April.
