47s at Southampton is taking a week off

37673 leads the Sunday morning shunt at Eastleigh, 7th March
1999. New in April 1963 as D6832, rebuilt as 37/6 in June 1987,
and withdrawn in December 2000. Assessed too expensive to repair
in 2001. Currently languishing in storage at Tyne Yard following time at Thornaby. Now sold to EMR in the November 2007 tender and
awaiting collection for disposal at Kingsbury.

37250 is the second locomotive in the shunt with 73136
beyond, 7th March 1999. New in December 1964, withdrawn July 1999
and moved to France, returning in September 2000 for storage at
Tyne Yard. Moved from Tyne Yard to Eden Valley Railway at Warcop
for preservation on 31st January. 73136 Kent Youth Music was withdrawn
in January 2004 and is now privately owned named Perseverance following a
stay at CF Booth, Rotherham.
